GET CURIOUS. FEEL BETTER.

Hi, I’m Steph (they/she)!

I’m on a life-long journey to better understand how we can live well and communicate better in the modern world. I support women and folks in the 2SLGBTQI+ community to gain a better understanding of their bodies, emotions, and nervous systems.

I love supporting people around:

  • chronic pain

  • communication

  • sexuality

  • identity

  • boundaries

Ways we can work together:

  • Somatic Experiencing sessions (online, 1:1)

  • Trauma-Informed Bodywork (in person, 1:1)

  • Workshops (online or in person, 25 participants)

  • 6-Week Course (online, 1-8 participants)

What I know so far…

My training includes:

  • 4th year student in the 5-year psychotherapy program at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto

  • Somatic Sexuality Healing Practitioner (qualifying)

  • Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (qualifying)

  • Somatic Attachment Practitioner, Embody Lab

  • Massage Therapy, Sutherland-Chan School

  • Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, McMaster University

  • Cupping as a Soft Tissue Tool, ConEd Institute

  • San Diego Pain Summit, attendee

  • Reconciling Biomechanics with Pain Science, w/Greg Lehman BKin, MSc, DC, MScPT

  • Science Communication Diploma, Laurentian University

  • Wildlife Biology, B.Sc. (Hons), University of Guelph

I am a queer, non-binary AFAB settler living and working in Tkaronto (Toronto). I am always growing and learning in order to practice from a feminist, sex-positive, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, class-conscious approach that is trans, queer and gender non-conforming positive.

Every body is welcome!
